We carefully match every puppy based on temperament, personality, and lifestyle, ensuring that both the puppy and the family are the perfect fit for one another. This thoughtful process helps set the foundation for a lifetime of harmony, trust, and love between you and your new companion.
From birth, we observe every puppy closely, noting their individual traits such as energy level, confidence, and social behaviour. Some are naturally outgoing and adventurous, while others are gentle, thoughtful, and prefer a calmer environment. Understanding these differences helps us guide each puppy toward the right home.
We also take time to learn about each family’s daily routine, activity level, and what kind of companion they hope for. Whether you want a cuddly homebody or an active partner for outdoor adventures, we do our best to make the ideal match.
We do not place puppies based on colour or gender preference, as true compatibility comes from temperament and connection, not appearance. Families often tell us how perfectly their puppy fits into their life, which is the greatest reward for our careful matching process.

Staying With Us Until They Are Ready
Our puppies remain at Joiel’s Palace until they are at least 10 weeks old. We believe this time is crucial for their emotional and social development. During these weeks, puppies learn valuable lessons from their mother and littermates, such as bite inhibition, communication, and self-control.
If a puppy needs a little more time to mature or adjust, we are happy to extend their stay. We never rush the process, because each puppy deserves to go home confident, secure, and fully prepared for their new adventure.
Our Puppies Leave Us Fully Prepared
Before our puppies move to their new homes, we make sure they are perfectly prepared. Every Joiel’s Palace puppy is:
- Microchipped for permanent identification
- Vaccinated according to age and veterinary recommendations
- Dewormed on a regular schedule
- Thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian and documented with a health certificate including all relevant health information
- DNA-tested with Embark
- Registered with a pedigree in your name
- Given an osteopathic examination and treatment before leaving for its new home
- Given first experiences at a puppy training class from 8 weeks of age, following the first vaccination, to support early socialization and learning
Each family receives a comprehensive puppy pack that includes important documents, a written contract, feeding guidelines, training tips, and a blanket or toy with familiar scents to help with the transition.
We want your first days together to be smooth, happy and well organised, so we also include helpful information and a list of recommended supplies and resources to help you prepare for your puppy’s arrival.
Lifelong Support and Connection
Our commitment to our puppies does not end when they leave our home. Every Joiel’s Palace puppy is part of our extended family, and we remain available for support throughout their lives. Whether you have a question about training, nutrition, or health, we are always happy to help.
